This blog series deals with the redesign and realignment of learning and personal development in corporate context. For this, I connect the aspects human health, learner centrism, and continuous development to one holistic approach, called Holistic Learning Approach (HLA). With this approach, I want to encourage, motivate and inspire you to understand people and their learning as a whole. In part 1 of this blog series I described my motivation for this topic and presented my previous (learning) journey. In this part, I explain the HLA and its components in more detail.
It is the first Wednesday of November, a special day because today is our team lunch. Recently I have been working on a project to introduce an enterprise content management system to manage plant-specific documents. A multitude of installation, configuration and implementation tasks have to be done.
Changes always seem frightening in the first moment. What will the new bring? Will I be able to deal with it? Is it just as good as the old? New things gives you the chance to bring something even better to light – something that we often don’t take into consideration at the beginning.
